Goole and East Riding Community Concert Band is a new venture based in Goole, East Yorkshire and we are looking for new members to join our band

 

Members

The band welcomes Woodwind, Brass and Percussion players with a vision of weekly rehearsals and the occasional free local performance

Our Mission

To form an inclusive, relaxed environment in which people of all musical abilities and ages can come together to play music – no auditions and no minimum grade needed to join

Music

The band will be rehearsing and performing a mixture of military marches, music from films and musicals, along with modern pieces

Band receives funding from Drax Community Fund

Drax Community Fund has kindly donated £1000 to help establish the band 

23rd April – First meeting of the band

The first meeting of the band will be on the 23rd April, 7pm till 9pm at Hook Memorial Hall

The band has a home

The band has a new home. the band will meet on Tuesday evenings 7pm till 9pm at Hook Memorial Hall commencing 23rd April 2024
